Degrade Vs Buff abilities

Ok, so for a while now ive been trying to work out if a degrade or a boost is better in an attack deck. And to finally put this to rest- I got my more than willing maths class to run the numbers, so here they are.
So heres how it works- im going to compare a 5soa thor and 5ob Surfer decks against a 5cap deck and produce the results. All the caps will be at lvl 1, and the surfers and the thors will be level 5. As everyone knows on even levels with 3procs neither beats the cap deck- so for a better look I’ve tailored the levels. However both will lose- but the difference in figures is interesting if you feature in scrapper.

Base stats
Ob Ss- atk 11094
Soa Thor- atk 10144
Cap- def 12060

Numbers:
SOa Thor deck
Base stats for deck= 50,720

Ob SS Deck
Base stats for deck=55,470

Cap deck
Base stats for cap deck= 60,300


Ok so this will be based on three procs of each deck- and I will apply the adaptor numbers and the alliance position bonuses.
Soa Vs Cap
Soa= 50720*1.15=58328 after adaptor
58328*1.10=64,160 after OL bonus
Proc no1= 64160* 1.20=76992
Proc no2= 76992*1.20= 92390
Proc3=92390*1.20= 110,868k

Cap= 60300*1.15=69345 after adaptor
69345*1.10=76279 after DL bonus
Proc1= 76279*1.16= 88484
Proc2= 88484*1.16=102,641
Proc3= 102641*1.16= 119,064K
Thor deck loses still by 8196K



OB SS Vs Cap deck
Ob ss = 55,470*1.15= 63790 after adaptor
63790*1.10= 70169 after OL bonus (Total for the deck)
Proc1= Cap deck 76279(after adaptor and Dl bonus) *0.84= 64074
Proc2= 64074*0.84= 53,822
Proc3= 53822*0.84=45,210

Cap proc1= 45210*1.16=52443
Proc2= 52443*1.16= 60,834
Proc3= 60,834*1.16=70568K

OB ss still loses but by 6778K

That makes a total difference of 1418K between the decks. So despite the big numbers produced by the deck alignment buff- the degrade actually gets you closer to the win! If all atk cards were level 10 (I ran the numbers) Ob SS actually wins by the greater margin!
